PRA Chapter 5 News: April 2002

The next club meeting will be at Marysville, April 28 at 1:00 PM.

Hello gyronuts, The meeting set for April 28th will be in Marysville at 1 PM. Bring yourselves and your ideas on enriching our club with new members. We have several projects for viewing and Mark can explain the workings of his slider head and problems he is encountering. Joe can display and demonstrate his system for checking the balance of hubbars. Jerry Hightower has started the landing gear modification on his gyro and he removed his starter due to stick shake he encountered. Gary Brewer is still plugging away at making his new RAF reliable and wished to fly to Texas. George is still contemplating his gyro repairs and needs to GET ON WITH IT! Let's all encourage George to Move ahead. If anyone needs help in preparing their gyro for flight, Let's pitch in. The Woodland flying in will be arriving in May. Let's all attend. Bob Aspegren will explain the process of body building. No, not the Hulk Hogan type, the aircraft type. The second part of his lecture will be on being passed by yours truly in the build the gyro contest. All of you will be asked to guess the true weight of his machine. I'm guessing 600 + pounds. I hope I didn't miss anyone. If I did just let me know.
